Description: When taught this ability, you learn how to focus chakra throughout your body, without releasing it, causing it to increase and keep you above ground. Is a more advanced version of the basic water walking technique, but can go throughout the body, and even holds it in.

Sidenotes/Drawbacks: Constant focus of the chakra makes your chakra become more and more trained each second, of course to a limit. The limit is stated when trained, as each person is different. Body mass and weight can also play the factor.
No real drawbacks to it, other then you need to be a Spectre.

Name: Million Senbon Sacrifice

Description: After a one handed handseal, the user can sacrifice one of his limbs to shoot randomly around him. When trained they can pick a direction they want them all to go, or make them go in a circle around them. They can do there Arms, or legs, torso or even head. When using Torso or Head, they can home on the opponent in the direction. With head, they can home toward the opponent and change direction to chase the opponent. The head can only make about 50 Senbon though, unlike all the other limbs which make 1000 or 2000. Arms make 1000 Senbons, legs 2000, and head 50, torso 3000.

Sidenotes/Drawbacks: Using the Torso or head as the part to turn into senbon will automatically kill the user. When using a limb, the limb is gone, able to return with a one handed handseal, so using both arms will remove there arms for good, unless another spectre does the handseal while having one of there hands on the other spectre's shoulder.
Cannot use sexual organs for this technique.

There inaccurate, and can easily miss, when untrained, they go the opposite way you want them to go, so its just useless, plus without legs we just sink into the ground, so its a lose lose for us.

...Slow is like slow, whats relistically slow for a throw that will keep it in the air for a distance of about 10 feet?
