Description: After doing a set of hand signs, the user will focus chakra to there left and right eye, and look at the opponent.
A lightning bolt will come out of both eyes and meet 7 inches in front of the eyes, heading toward the opponent at the speed of light, or lightning makes it hard to dodge.
Sidenotes/Drawbacks: 1/2 chance of blindness in one eye. 0% chance of blindness during training for it/training it.
