[Custom Jutsu Creation - Read]

Let's say you have your custom technique approved. Then what? Well, it's obvious. You must Role-Play your way to creating it in order to use the specified Jutsu. Bear in mind that it makes no sense as a Gennin to create an A-Rank technique. You wouldn't be able to learn it, how much create it. Senseis, however, may teach their Custom Jutsu to their students.

In order for you to create the Jutsu, you need requirements. Well, just like in the Canon Jutsu Training, we will approach creation by word count. It is only slightly more challenging than normal jutsu learning. Well, you ARE creating a technique, aren't you?

D-Rank Techniques: 150 words
C-Rank Techniques: 250 words
B-Rank Techniques: 350 words
A-Rank Techniques: 550 words
S-Rank Techniques: 700 words

If you create a non-elemental technique that is then able to be added your elemental affinity to it, please add the second rank of it. For example, the Rasengan is an A-Rank Jutsu. However, when Naruto added his wind affinity to create a much stronger technique known as the Rasenshuriken, the Hokage gave it the rank of S. So, if you are creating a non-elemental Jutsu that has the ability of being given an elemental affinity, add the rank to its normal state (Non-Elemental) and to its elemental state. You MUST train BOTH states with the word count stated above. e.g.: Rank D, normal state + Rank A, elemental state = 150 words + 550 words = 700.
