Description: Nigiri-te is a Water based Ninjutsu, developed by Mystique of the Senju. By performing a string of handseals, he manipulate a nearby source of water; using it to form a tendril, or hand of Water. With this, he may bind his opponents'; the water able to move along the opponents' body, possibly to be used to drown them in it.

Sidenotes/Drawbacks: There needs to be a large enough source of water; making it otherwise useless, as it may not reach the intended target.

Description: Pirania Batsu is a Water based Ninjutsu, developed by Mystique of the Senju. By performing a string of handseals, he may compact water into the form a Piranha; having the same physical properties of the fish species (Sharp Teeth, attracted to anything that moves in the water, etc.). It will be formed into a large mass of water that is nearby, Mystique mostly forcing his opponents' on the water; so the Water Piranhas' may feed on the person's flesh.

Sidenotes/Drawbacks: If the Piranhas' exit the water by means of force, self-need, etc.; they disperse into the water they were formed by. Also, like all the Suiton Techniques, the major weakness is Fire (Katon).

* Jounin: 9 Piranhas Maximum
* Sannin: 11 Piranhas

Ehhh... Water's weakness is Fire? Isn't Fire the one that has Water as weakness? >.>

Water Style: Piraña Attack - How many are talking about? Also, do they have the same size of normal pirañas?

1.)If water is hit by flames, it makes a mist, thereby destroying the Water. :p
2.) The size depends on how much of the user's chakra is put into the technique (Ie. Add more chakra the bigger/longer the hand will be, with exception to add more tendrils, thereby dividing the size evenly.
3.) For the size, yes, they are the same size as real Piranhas.

Also, this same rule would apply if a Missing-Nin knew the technique; making them adhere to the rules of Quantity for the Water Piranhas.
