[Information - Read] Sharingan

Hello, everybody. In this thread you will find out about the basic rules of the Sharingan and information on how to obtain it. As we all know, there are three levels of the basic Sharingan, followed by one advanced level. The three basic levels will be known as: "First Tier or One Tomoe", "Second Tier or Two Tomoes" and "Third Tier or Three Tomoes". The advanced level will be known as that of the Mangekyou Sharingan, or "Kaleidoscope Wheel-Copy Eye".

Here are the rules and information for the Basic Levels. Bear in mind that the Sharingan enhances reflexes and reaction time. It does not by any way add speed or agility to the user.

First Tier: The First Tier is represented as a single tomoe. It is obtained early at Gennin, by fighting with an opponent or training partner and having a near death experience. The user will be granted with very slight reflex augmentations and is not able to copy any type of Technique.

Second Tier: Second tier means two Tomoes. One can acquire the second tomoe at Chuunin, after having a seasoned and wearing out battle with a strong opponent, mainly focusing the user's movements in Taijutsu. The user, however, must have survived a page of that battle to gain the second tier. With this level of Sharingan, an Uchiha can copy Taijutsu, just as long as it fits their rank and it is not a Clan Technique.

Third Tier: The last tier of the basic Sharingan and only acquired at Jounin. This is only acquired after fighting an opponent of an equal or higher level. After being able to survive for two whole pages, the Uchiha will be able to obtain this. The Third Tier allows the user to copy Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, just as long as they are not Clan Techniques. With the Third Tier, the Uchiha can also see past up to B-Ranked Genjutsu. In this tier, the Uchiha is also able to cast Genjutsu up to B-Rank with mere eye contact.
