Personality: He hates everything and doesn't appreaciate the things people do for him. He is very bi-polar. He gets angry very fast and is very lonesome. He likes being alone since he can't trust anyone to be a good person with him. He surrounds himself with strong and evil people since the good people who took advantage of him made him like this.

Background:

He was the brightest and most kind person you could know around the age of 10. He was promoted to genin like any other peorson he was with in the Cloud village. After Hotaru family was killed including his father mother and sisters he never smiled once. He saw his parents killed at the age of 11 and changed conpletely. He has no remorse for anything and is very quiet. He never speaks much, but when he does it is something you will never forget. He has a few plans in his life and they are to:
1. Find his famiy's killers
2. Master Kuroraikou
He has but a few years before he master his second goal but he doesn't wanna rush the process. As a chuunin with no family Hotaru is stuck with anyone he can befriend but it is too hard to friend anyoen knowing that that person who killed your family could be the man next to you.

Rikudo Uchiha's room is full of obsticals and traps for him to go through. He spots the finish line where he has to destroy a dummy. " This should be worth my time." He stands there and ducks down and closes his eyes and opens them. With the single moment between him opening his eyes he took off running.

He jumps up grabbing a bar and pulls himself up quickly leaving no time to waste. He jumps down into a swan dive and before he hits the ground he rolls forward pushing himself off the ground and into a full sprint. He takes and runnigng and a moving object flies toward him. He jumps up and punches in breaking it quickly. He runs past the object and continues on with his mission.

"Three minutes and 10 seconds used already." He stops and a object lands infront of him. He quickly does hand signs and focuses lightning chakra into his hands condensing it so it can controlled. The lightning forms slowly as Weiss keeps pouring chakra into it making more stable and controllable. He slightly forces his muscles to tighten as he begins to create it.

He faintly hears chirping as his chidori has successfully begin to form in a much more condensed way than the usual. He sees his chakra begin to appear as it is still white and "pure from the chakra not yet fully developed. He would think to himself how mighty he would be with mastering all forms of chidori. With his new move he would probably do all that he wants in life. As he thought of all these thigns he was careful not to lsoe focus on his main goal.

Rikudo poured more chakra into his hand as it was turning into a blue-ish color that was growing large. He would concentrate on creating his chidori controllable so that he could form it into senbon. He finish making his color for his Chidori as it was light and chirping widly. He held the chidori firmly but not to firm as he was not yet prepared to crush into senbon. " Focus Rikudo....You need to focus."

He gripped his hand tightly as his hand would feel the slight shockes from the Chidori. He would continue rather slowly as he knew rushing it would put his life at risk. He stood there in a firm and balance position so that he would be able to move into a attacking position. He kept his muscles loose as any concentration on anything but the Chidori could cost him losts of energy. He held his head rather high as he was careful to keep the Chidori high, but not above hsi shoulders.

He jumped up and extended his hand as he pushed his last bit of chakra into his hand creating his Chidori to rotate and compact. It then would stablize while Weiss would crush his hand completly creating his chidori to explode from his hand softly. He felt a since of relief as the chidori was almsot completed. He would keep his dreams high as his goal was not over yet. "You can do this Rikudo."

His chidori would move away from his as it formed into senbon that would fly towards everything as they were not aimed for a single target. The senbon would hit the wall and but burnt marks on it. It would fly to any open space as all Weiss could see was blue senbon that would seem like a wave wiht little spaces in between each senbon. He was amazed about how much time it took to create such a powerful move. " Chidori Senbon."

Rikudo landed on the ground as he was extremely tired from doing the Chidori Senbon. He landed on the ground with his feet flat, but quickly fell backwards as he had no energy to stop himself from falling. He hit the ground and laid there as all he could think about was his accomplishment. "Rikudo Uchiha you have finally done it. You have completed Chidori Senbon." He could feel his muscles tense as his body was very low on chakra.
